If you can’t stand the stingy mouthwash, then there are herbs that may help you make your breath sweeter. They all have chlorophyll which is powerful as breath freshener. These herbs are parsley, basil, cilantro, dill, anise and peppermint tea. But seeing a dentist as often as you can to have your teeth and gums checked is of course a lot better.

Being in a Health Mindset

I have noticed that if I focus on losing pounds I immediately put myself in a dieting mindset where I am more likely to fall into the weighing-myself-daily failure trap. Then I changed my focus to being and feeling healthy. Now I believe in eating right and exercising for the health of it… and let the pounds fall where they may.

If there is a dessert you really want, please enjoy it. People can refrain from overeating favorite foods if they give themselves the special foods they want from time to time. For all the days in between you can cut some extra calories in the dessert department.

And do you know that dessert can also be a great way to enjoy fruits.

Benefit From Water

We all know that our health will benefit by drinking at least eight glasses of water a day. Maybe most of us know the old trick of using water to fill us up, but water’s relation to our weight goes beyond that: every system in our body including the digestive system, needs water to function. Without adequate hydration, we cannot break down food or metabolize fat efficiently.
