I have a friend who is a contributor to a weekly magazine and the editor assigns him to cover press conferences. In one of the conferences he attended, he happened to sit with a writer who kept grumbling about her job. Accordingly, she is a regular employee so she has to report back to the office at the end of the day. Even as she is a writer, she has to do clerical stuff. Then, oftentimes, she has to work overtime even if she doesn’t want to.

My cousin suffered from eyesight problem so bad that he had to resign from his office job. But he had to earn a living because he has a family to take care of. The next best job he could handle was teaching. However, before he could teach, he had to earn a Master’s degree so he began to take some units. But soon, his wife got pregnant. He had to quit school to save money for the delivery.
